The first part of Kaden's Prolouge. I decided to draw the picture to try and cut down on the amount of character description. but also to show Kaden's gentle and curious nature and to settle on Cedric's appearance. On Kaden's nose is a monarch butterfly and he's sitting against a tree, Cedric's inside their hut next to the piece of stone he was working on, watching Kaden and his butterfly out the window.

And I instantly thought of how Cedric must have felt when he saw his newborn son for the first time.
